o Minimum of one year of related job experience.
Requires demonstrated proficiency in a minimum of one of the following Key Results Areas: Project Management, Lean Manufacturing, Quality, Systems Implementation, Supplier Management and Operations Management.
Experience should include demonstrated ability to use lean manufacturing tools. Requires the ability to work within a group to reach consensus on realistic, specific goals and objectives and to work within the group to prioritize those objectives. Must have demonstrated abilities to work with people in order to build high morale and group commitments to goals and objectives. Skills should include team facilitation, and project management. Requires excellent oral, listening, and comprehension skills.
Serves as a project manager and change agent for Operations related continuous improvement activities.
Responsibilities include: Teaching and coaching rotation groups on lean manufacturing tools - 5S, Standardized work, value stream mapping, inventory management, TPM, errorproofing, process problem solving, kaizen, and quick changeover. Primary focus will be on value stream mapping and 5S. Requires the ability to collaborate and lead people at all levels of the organization, including salaried, hourly personnel, and external resources. Requires the ability to effectively work within a team environment, lead group activities, and encourage and motivate its members. Requires the ability to effectively lead change through influence.

2nd shift - M-F - 2:06pm to 10:36pmEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
